In order to sign yourself up for this sample kit you may need to participate in a brief survey about MAC makeup or other makeup brands & partners. However the survey is a short one and can be completed in about 5 minutes, after you have filled in the sponsor survey you will be sent to the sign-up page. From there you can simply fill out your shipping information to receive the sample kit! Please keep in mind that these are 1 per household and can take between 2-6 weeks to receive it depending on your location and local post service.
